Return & Refund Policy 


Effective for all purchases made through the KEYA INTERNATIONAL website. This policy supersedes any return or exchange policies from independent retailers or third-party sellers.

Returns & Exchanges
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale,” heavily discounted, or limited edition (e.g., Relove section) cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Made-to-Order Items: These items are non-returnable and can only be exchanged for size (if applicable). No returns or refunds will be offered on custom or made-to-order products, unless defective.

Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are allowed in the following cases:

The product received is damaged or defective.
The product received is incorrect (wrong size, color, or model).
Exchanges for the same or higher value will be processed. Any price difference will not be refunded.
Non-Eligibility: Discounted products or those marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange. Minor color variations or slight differences in product appearance are not grounds for exchange.

Exchange Process
How to Request an Exchange:

Contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order. If the product is damaged, please send a photo to (email address) within 24 hours.
For size exchanges, requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. For other types of exchanges, please request a return authorization prior to returning the product.
Shipping for Returns/Exchanges:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by the company.
If an exchange is being processed, please ensure the returned product is packaged securely and sent as a consolidated package.
Clothing Exchanges: Clothing can only be exchanged for a different size, provided the product is unused and retains its original tags.

Returns Process
How to Return:

Initiate your return request within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting (email address).
After approval, a return authorization will be issued along with instructions for returning the product.
Return packages must be postmarked no later than 7 days from receiving the return authorization.
Returns must be shipped with the original packaging, tags attached, and include a copy of the packing slip.
Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product. Refunds will only be issued for products that meet the return criteria outlined above.

Restocking Fees: The company reserves the right to apply a restocking fee for returned items, especially for special orders or items in less than optimal condition.

Price Adjustments
Price Drops: If the price of an item drops within 7 days of your order, you may be eligible for a price adjustment. Please contact customer service to request a price adjustment.

Cancellations
Order Modifications: Orders can be canceled or modified before dispatch by contacting customer service. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations cannot be made, and the order must be returned according to the return policy.

No Cancellations on Final Sale: Products marked as Final Sale cannot be canceled after the order is confirmed.

Manufacturing Defects
If you discover a manufacturing defect in the product, please email customer service with detailed information and photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.

The company reserves the right to assess the defect before offering an exchange or refund.

Special Sections
Relove Section: Items in the Relove section are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as these are limited edition products available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additional Terms
Shipping Costs: Unless specified otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Unauthorized Returns: Returns or exchanges made outside of the policy will be denied, and goods will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Non-Eligible Returns: Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
