Order Cancellation & Lost Shipments: In case you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders cancelled within this time frame will be fully refunded. If your order is lost in transit or is undelivered due to our fault, we will issue a full refund for the entire order amount, including any applicable delivery charges.
Address Accuracy: To ensure timely and successful delivery, please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may reship it at your expense. Please note that any additional shipping charges are non-refundable.

Holiday and Weekend Exclusions: Please note that orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Lost or Stolen Packages: After delivery to the correct shipping address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the courier service directly for further assistance.
