REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Effective Date: January 2025

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through the KEYA INTERNATIONAL website (“Platform”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy is framed in accordance with applicable Indian laws and does not limit any statutory consumer rights.

RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
Except where required by law, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Products marked as Sale, Final Sale, heavily discounted, limited edition, or items from the Relove section
• Made-to-order or customized products
• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper care, or normal wear and tear
• Minor variations in color, texture, or design due to lighting conditions, screen resolution, or handcrafted processes

MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Made-to-order or customized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or incorrect items delivered. In such cases, customers are entitled to a refund or replacement, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE
An exchange may be approved if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size, color, or model).

Exchange Conditions
• Exchanges are allowed only for the same product or a higher-value product
• Exchanges for lower-value products are not permitted
• Any price difference must be paid by the customer; no price difference will be refunded

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If a product is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer has the right to choose between a refund or replacement. This right applies even to sale, discounted, limited-edition, or made-to-order products, as mandated under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

REPORTING & AUTHORIZATION
Issues related to damage, defects, or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos shared within 24 hours of reporting. Size exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges require prior authorization before the product is shipped back.

These timelines are intended for smooth processing and do not affect statutory consumer rights under Indian law.

RETURNS PROCESS & REFUNDS
Once a return request is approved, return instructions will be provided. All returned products are subject to quality inspection.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days from approval, or as required under applicable regulations.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

As KEYA INTERNATIONAL operates on a made-to-order basis, cancellation requests received after the 24-hour window will not be accepted, even if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Approved cancellations within the 24-hour window will be fully refunded to the original payment method.

This cancellation policy does not affect the customer’s right to a refund or replacement in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, as provided under applicable consumer protection laws.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Price adjustments may be requested if a price drop occurs within 7 days of purchase. Price adjustments are not applicable on sale or discounted products, limited-edition items, or made-to-order or customized products.
