SHIPPING POLICY

At KEYA INTERNATIONAL, we understand the importance of receiving your product in perfect condition and in a timely manner. We are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience through reliable shipping methods and a streamlined order process.
ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
KEYA INTERNATIONAL operates as a made-to-order brand. All orders will be dispatched 4 to 7 days after the order confirmation date. This allows us to ensure that each product meets our quality standards before it reaches you.
SHIPPING TIMELINE & DELIVERY
Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
• Domestic (India): Typically delivered within 4–5 working days after dispatch
• International Shipping: Currently unavailable
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions or logistical delays.
SHIPPING PARTNERS
We work with reputed courier partners including DHL India, Blue Dart, FedEx India, Delhivery, Shiprocket, and other trusted logistics providers, selected based on serviceability and reliability.
SHIPPING METHODS & CHARGES
• Domestic Shipping (India): Complimentary standard ground shipping on all orders
• Expedited Shipping: Next-day or second-day delivery may be available upon request, subject to serviceability and additional charges. Customers may contact care@keyainternational.com

ORDER TRACKING
Once dispatched, customers will receive an email with the shipment tracking details.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. As KEYA INTERNATIONAL operates on a made-to-order basis, orders cannot be canceled once the 24-hour window has elapsed.
Approved cancellations within the 24-hour window will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping may be arranged at the customer’s expense. Additional shipping charges incurred are non-refundable.
LOST, STOLEN, OR UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS
If an order is lost in transit or undelivered due to our oversight, we will promptly dispatch a replacement at no extra shipping charge.
Once a shipment is marked as delivered to the correct address by the courier, responsibility transfers upon confirmed delivery. KEYA INTERNATIONAL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages thereafter.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an order is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, customers must report the issue as per the timelines outlined in the Refund & Returns Policy. Such cases are eligible for refund or replacement in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
